B-Skill Champions National Quality Standard
B-Skill, the Newcastle based learning skills company has called upon other North East organisations which deliver information, advice and guidance to strive to achieve the matrix Standard to improve the prospects of those who they advise and teach.
Speaking at the North East matrix Standard Roadshow at St James' Park, Newcastle, B-Skill Director, Paul Champion addressed delegates from organisations across the North East, showing them how the national recognised quality Standard has helped his organisation to grow and deliver higher quality services to its customers - learners in Newcastle.
Paul commented:
"The advice that we deliver to learners has to be received with confidence, otherwise it is ineffective, and the matrix Standard has enabled us to do this.
"The matrix Standard does this by concentrating on the core functions of helping people access and make use of information, as well as providing a framework which enables them to explore different avenues for their own personal development - for both our own employees and our customers.
"This has helped us understand our customers' needs better and establish a programme of continuous development to keep on understanding and changing with their needs - be they young people looking for a route into work or organisations that we are working with to help deliver NVQs." |
