You will find out about: hours you need to attend; passwords to access computers and use the internet; health and safety; equal opportunities;assessment and out of centre activities. We will help you apply for EMA allowance if you have not done this already and advise you on how to set up a bank account so you can receive your EMA and travel expenses. Mostly wewant to find out what you can already do and simply get to know youbetter.

Aims & Ambitions

weeks 3-6

After Induction, we will help you to make some decisions about your future. You will start to think about the barriers stopping you reaching your full potential. You will look at your strengths and build on them. You will develop a map to show the journey through your learning programme and you will have gained some qualifications

Work on Skills

week 6 onwards

E2E concentrates on three skill areas. These are Personal Development and Working with Others, Skills for Life and Employability Skills.

Personal Development includes out of centre activities, residentials and workshops.

Skills for Life gives you the chance to improve basic reading, writing, number and computer skills in practical way that will be useful to you. You will be encouraged to work towards getting qualifications.

Employability Skills will help you find out what employers want and work on your job search skills to help you find and apply for vacancies as well as do well in interviews.
