P4P Head on with the Marines
The aim of the P4P programme is to prepare young people for the effective transition to E2E, FE or Employment with learning. The objectives are to deliver high quality personal and social development, basic skills and vocational opportunities to young people through a range of entry level qualifications and exciting activities to aid progression to the next level.
Learning Objectives
- raising aspiration by improving motivation and confidence
- addressing barriers to participation, retention, achievement and progression
- improving attitudes and behaviours
- developing personal effectiveness
- developing basic and/or key skills
- acquiring knowledge, skills and understanding of learning opportunities and to sample different work and learning contexts
